+ -1 moreI've had a great experience with them. They were reasonable and on time. The quality of service was excellent. They told me the fact that it was still under warranty and I didn't even know it. So I ended up paying Just $50 for the service call and everything else was under warranty.

+ -1 moreI am under a monthly contract. Phil is very savvy about pools, but his helper just doesn't spend much time maintaining the pool other than chemicals. I bet he doesn't spend 15 minutes a week on cleaning and it is just minimal. THere's no super clean up at the opening of the season.
Description of Work: They do a very good job of maintaining chemicals and equipment, but they are not good at keeping the pool clean. The young man who works for Phil just does the minimum; it's not at all thorough and requires a lot of work on my part.

+ -1 moreThis company does a wonderful job of cleaning and adding chemicals. They showed when they said they would and started to work as soon as they walked in the gate. My pool was not in bad shape. I didn't need much done to it. I wanted to make sure the pH and all that was in order before guests and family swim.

+ -1 moreThe guys that do this service for me are great. They always show up on time. If I have any problems, they are easy to get in touch with. They also close and open my pool up every year. They charge me $250 for that service. They do charge you extra for the chemicals, etc.
Description of Work: They came out to do regular maintenance on my wading pool that is about 10 x 12. This included cleaning and adding chemicals. They charge monthly for this service.
