They were always late and they would never answer my questions. They were very rude and the chemicals they were using were not working on my yard. They never made sure things were cleaned up and sometimes I thought they weren't even spraying but charged me anyway.

I was not seeing results that I wanted to see. They were never on schedule as they promised and they said they guaranteed their work, which they did not. I called to get them to come back out and they didn t show up until I called again. It took forever so I cancelled them and I will not use them again.

I wasn t at all pleased with their service because my grass was not looking as healthy as it use to. I can't say that I would recommend them but I certainly would never use them again.

Up until this year, we had been getting great service, but now it seems like they are too busy to continue providing the service we were used to. Maybe they don t have enough workers for what they are doing. The way they are doing it, I could spend a lot less and get it done better doing it myself. We have used them for several years now, but I am not sure we'll be a customer next year.

We have used the company for several years now and we have always been treated well. The yard has always looked nice and green and it is weed free so I know they are putting the right chemicals on my yard. They were always careful of my pets, children, and they never forgot to put the warning signs out in my yard.

They have always been reliable for preventing insect damage to our bushes and shrubbery. They were punctual and when we were not at home, they leave a thorough report of what work they did and when their next treatment would be.

They were very polite gentlemen and they had all of the equipment they needed. They treated the lawn in a timely manner and they explained to me what they did. They would make sure we knew of the next appointment and they always showed up on time.

I thought they did a good job. They had a schedule and if I was having any problems they came out and fixed it. They were responsive to my phone calls and were dependable and honest. I wanted a perfect yard and it was their job to keep it like that.

Tru Green comes twice a month and alternately treats our bushes and lawn. Unfortunately, because we have so many trees which make our yard shady as well the drought we've had, our lawn is not looking too good.

I stopped using them because it was like paying $35 a month for nothing. The guy would pull up out front do a little spraying here and there. He would be gone down the road within five minutes. I don't see how you can coat the entire lawn that fast. Also it looked no different. It was no greener and still had weeds. I cancelled. I give them an F all around.

I'm not at all happy with Tru Green. We've noticed quite a few weeds but when we called about it, they were very slow to respond. I've used them for years, and maybe recently they're sending men who aren't as competent.

I have mixed emotions with these guys. If I m at home where I can watch them they do a real good job, but if I m not at home they make a big mess. Sometimes, they use too many chemicals and it does more harm than good. It s tough trying to get them to respond to complaints, but they re an established company and they do as good for the most part, so I d rather keep using them then to hire a small unknown company that may not be in business tomorrow.

I am not happy at all. They did not put enough of the chemicals on the lawn. I had weeds all over. They sent someone back out after I complained. They also sent a satisfaction survey which I felt I did not need to respond to. I felt that way because they should know how to do the job right the first time around. I wish I could cancel.

Tru Green bought out our locally owned lawn care company here and things have gone kind of downhill since they took over. The lawn looked just as good, but we get sales calls from them now and they try to push extra services on us and sometimes I believe they even pitch us with erroneous information to get us to buy. Their workers were good but I didn t like their customer service representatives and I suspect if we renewed with them that there would be a rate increase so we will be canceling our contract with them when this year is up.

I wasn t really happy with them since they bought out my old lawn business. I didn t think they put a lot of pride in their work and they made appointments whenever they felt like it without checking with me first. Their work was just mediocre, which was not what I would seek in a business.

I have been pleased with the job they do. We are so far weed free. Our yard is .93 of an acre, the house sits on it to, but it is still a large piece off grass to keep green and free from weeds. So I feel they are doing a good job.

They always come when I am gone and leave a note that they were here. Every time that they come they are very punctual. I am always pleased with the service because they are friendly and the work is done with no problems. They are trustworthy and reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I think they are about the same as all the other companies around here. They come out and get the job done, no more no less then what they are supposed to do. The only thing that really matters is that they do the job they are paid to do and so far we have not had any problems.

Well this place seemed to be an alright place to deal with and I have been happy with their work in the past. I find they were about like all of the other places I have hired and that was why I gave them an average grade. I would say they could have been better.

I work a lot and don t have much time to go out in the yard and keep it looking the way it does so we have them come out about every three weeks to add weed killer and fertilizer to the yard. Its very convent knowing that they have a set schedule and are out when expected.

They had a really good service, better than the one we have now. I didn t like the fact that they were going through a merge from Chemlawn to Trugreen. I felt like they were pressuring me into signing a yearly contract, and I didn t like that. They did an excellent job on our lawn.

I was not pleased with this company at all, because they didn t get rid of the cinch bugs. The grass didn t look any better. I wouldn t recommend them. I don t think they care about doing a good job for their customers.

They did a good job and make sure that the product is working every time. I think that the workers are friendly and courteous to my needs and my home.

The service people they sent out were really friendly and that made a big difference to me. If we referred them to others, they gave us a $25 discount. The yard looked good and the only complaints were that we couldn t pay with a credit card. They said they would come 12 times a year, but they ended up coming about 18 times and charged for all 18.

Tru Green Chemlawn had made us pretty pleased with them. They have gotten rid of our weeds and have managed to keep the grass looking well. We've been mostly impressed with their price. I don't think anybody could compare in price. We've had no problems with them.
