They were prompt at getting out here and this particular time, they really spent a lot of good hardworking, quality time on getting all of the weeds out. Every crew has came out has been respectful and very polite.

They are reliable, trustworthy, and competent. I am happy with the service provided by Tru Green Chem Lawn. They do a good job every time. Our lawn looks very nice as a result of their work. I would recommend them to others.

They had some good and bad days in servicing our yard. Their weed control was a little shaky and they actually killed some of our grass along with the weeds. They replaced the grass without any problems.

They did alright but I thought sometimes they could have taken a little more time on the lawn. They still worked hard and all of the crew was very respectful. They made us proud, but everything could be improved.

I was not pleased with them at all so I fired them and went with another company. They would just not show up when they were supposed to and my lawn started to show signs of stress. They were rude at times and just very unpleasant to be around.

The guys that came out were nice and friendly but I don't really think they knew what they were doing. My yard did not look any better when I had them fertilizing it. Actually, it might have even looked worse then when they had started. I don't know if it was just my grass that was not responding but I think it was them not doing something right.

The chemicals they used were kid and pet safe. They really added richness and color to our lawn, and they even made the grass grow where we hadn't had any growth before. Needless to say, we are pleased with their services.

I signed a contract for six treatments for the year and they raised the price in the middle of the contract. They decided the trees needed treatment so they went ahead and sprayed them without my consent and billed me for it. They kept calling me wanting to spray my lawn some more and I kept saying no. I wouldn t recommend them and I can t tell the difference in my lawn.

They always do a pretty good job, and they also let me know usually when they would be out so I could make sure the dog was put inside. Everything is looking and growing well. Their work has really made a difference in the appearance of our yard.

I called to get them to come back out and they didn t show up until I called again. It took forever so I cancelled them and I will not use them again.

We really like how our lawn looks since Tru Green Chem Lawn has been fertilizing it. They show up when we are home and aerate and fertilize the lawn in less than an hour. Our lawn always looks green and is very thick.

Our over all experience with this company was simply terrible. They did not show up when they were scheduled to and then showed up when I didn t know they were going to be here. I even called them and told them that they were not keeping the schedule as planned but they continued to show up late. I was not happy with that and cancelled them.

I wasn t at all pleased with their service because my grass was not looking as healthy as it use to. I can't say that I would recommend them but I certainly would never use them again.

We have used this company in the past for shrubbery. I believe that the company does better work with their shrubbery than they do with the fertilizing. When we used them full time for the fertilizing they were pretty expensive. But I would recommend them to people for their lawn care needs.
