Description of Work: I only had their service three times and it's hard to say that they are very good or not. I can see some result on my yard. But we didn't have much rain this summer and I haven't water properly. As far as their service, I think they are good. they always leave a service form and tells what they did and what my yard needs. I want to see grass grows entire my yard, not weeds. But my yard is very heely and washed off the seeds I put them early this year. I hope to see more result later

Description of Work: Scotts is a great lawn service. I just think that their premium price tag hurts the value. The results were good with my lawn, which is Bermuda. However, I think the same results can be accomplished by other lawn services, for less money. I believe the value for this service should never be more than $50/treatment for a normal size lawn, which I have.

Description of Work: I had my lawn aerated.The tough part of working with this company is actually talking with the local office. I booked my work thru the call center, but did not hear from the local office within 1 1/2 weeks to book a time. Fortunately I had read other reviews and knew to stay on top of things. My first appt. was booked with the call center, but nobody showed up. I then told the call center that I needed to talk with the local office. This time they arrived and performed as prromised. I would work with this company again knowing that I must be prepared to ensure the appointments are set and the work gets done.

+ 1 moreTru Green Chem Lawn gave me a ten dollar gift certificate for the irrigation job. I was a new client. They were just here three days ago, and I can see the weed treatment worked already. However, the guy who did the irrigation work did a terrible job. It looked like he used a hammer on our lawn. He didn't even punch the plugs deep enough to be effective. I called them about it, and they said they would send someone back out.
Description of Work: They did a complete treatment on our yard. They irrigated, weeded, and fertilized our front lawn.

+ -1 moreOur lawn looks very nice and green using TruGreen Chemlawn. They are very nice when they show up and they are done treating in less than an hour. We have no lawn pests or weeds either. We are very happy with their service.
