Description of Work: I only had their service three times and it's hard to say that they are very good or not. I can see some result on my yard. But we didn't have much rain this summer and I haven't water properly. As far as their service, I think they are good. they always leave a service form and tells what they did and what my yard needs. I want to see grass grows entire my yard, not weeds. But my yard is very heely and washed off the seeds I put them early this year. I hope to see more result later

Description of Work: Scotts is a great lawn service. I just think that their premium price tag hurts the value. The results were good with my lawn, which is Bermuda. However, I think the same results can be accomplished by other lawn services, for less money. I believe the value for this service should never be more than $50/treatment for a normal size lawn, which I have.

Description of Work: I had my lawn aerated.The tough part of working with this company is actually talking with the local office. I booked my work thru the call center, but did not hear from the local office within 1 1/2 weeks to book a time. Fortunately I had read other reviews and knew to stay on top of things. My first appt. was booked with the call center, but nobody showed up. I then told the call center that I needed to talk with the local office. This time they arrived and performed as prromised. I would work with this company again knowing that I must be prepared to ensure the appointments are set and the work gets done.

+ -1 moreI work a lot and don t have much time to go out in the yard and keep it looking the way it does so we have them come out about every three weeks to add weed killer and fertilizer to the yard. Its very convent knowing that they have a set schedule and are out when expected.
Description of Work: Tru Green comes out every three weeks to put out fertilizer and weed treatment so our yard stays looking the way we want it.

+ -1 moreI was not pleased with this company at all, because they didn t get rid of the cinch bugs. The grass didn t look any better. I wouldn t recommend them. I don t think they care about doing a good job for their customers.
Description of Work: The technician fertilized my average size lawn to kill the weeds, make the grass greener and thicker, and to get rid of the cinch bugs.
