 + -1 moreYou know, I would use this company again because I do think they know their stuff and they charge pretty reasonable rates. However, my computer still has a few viruses. Their anti-virus software must have failed in my situation.
Description of Work: Computer Doctor cleared a virus out of my HP. They instructed me how to install anti-virus software on my computer as well.

 + -1 moreHe came into our home and was so courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable on the computer and helped us to understand. We felt comfortable letting him into our home. He was just what we needed.
Description of Work: They ran a virus scan on my computer and they found a virus. They took care of the virus and reinstalled the operating systems.

 + -1 moreI was glad Computer Doctor was able to get my computer started again. I was worried because I have a lot of pictures stored in the computer. I would not have wanted to lose them. My computer now works perfectly. It turns on every time now. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: Computer Doctor fixed my computer that would not always turn on properly. I always had to keep hitting the power button. Finally, I could not get it on at all. They had to replace a part inside the power switch.

 + -1 moreI guess Computer Doctor pretty much fixed the problems I was having with the viruses that my computer contracted. It still runs much slower than I want it to. I had a virus that would shut my computer down about one minute after I would get online. I gave them my computer tower overnight and they did have it fixed by the next day. If have any computer problems or questions I can usually just call them up and they will try their best to help me over the phone. I think that they are very polite and offer good customer service.
Description of Work: I had Computer Doctor re-boot my Dell computer, reinstall windows and install new anti virus software in it.
