+ -1 moreI had a problem with an iphone. They said they had to order the part. I offered to pay up front. They said I didn't have to. Had me fill out an order slip and said they would call in two days when it came in. I never heard from them. I went back a few weeks later and didn't even mention the prior situation. Same thing. Said they had to order the part. I filled out an order slip. They said they would call. Never heard from them. I went to another place. This is no way to run a business. Both times I went during lunch hour. Both times I had to return because the sign on the door stated they were closed and would return later.
Description of Work: Supposedly order a part for my iphone.
