Description of Work: Never finished the job after a year of being contracted to fix our a/c unit. Lied multiple times and stole $500 from us that we had given him to purchase a new part. State Inspector said unfortunately we were scammed. William Treece (owner/operator) had not been licensed for 3 years prior (per the inspector who investigated) while he continued to contract with multiple home warranty companies.
