Description of Work: The consultant came to our home and determined the number of solar panels we would need for our home. She explained the different options available as far as the type of panels and prices. She explained how the system would work. She explained how we would monitor the system and about how much less KW hours of power we would use from Entergy. She explained that Entergy would give us credit for the KW hours of electricity that we provided to them. She explained the energy credit that we could receive on our income tax forms. She scheduled the appointment for the work to be done. Three men came to install the panels . They did the work on a Saturday because that was most convenient for us. They were very professional and worked all day. They explained the equipment before they left and told us that the consultant would even send a letter to Entergy advising that our system had been installed and requesting Entergy to come out and make the meter change and inspect our system.for their approval. The consultant even called back a few days later to make sure that Entergy had contacted us.
