I was pleased with the work and they did a great job. The only issue was that we had some problems with communication about scheduling. They told me at the last minute what they were planning to do. I would have appreciated having more choice about when we could schedule. When he came for the inspection he did not tell me he was there and just climbed up on to the roof. The workers were great, just the administration we had some difficulties with.

They were so good at the job they performed and I was so excited at the finished product. I felt the price was very fair and the house looked excellent when they were done. They were so professional and cleaned up so well. I loved the job they did.

I bought a new garage door opener from Sears and had them professionally install it for me. This gentleman that installed it was very methodical in his work. He had all the tools he needed laid out and ready to go before he even started the job. He was a polite fellow and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. It took him no time at all to have the garage door opener up and running. The lock on the door was very loose and when I showed it to him he took one look at it and said he could fix that real fast. I have had no problems with the lock or the opener since he left.

We called Sears to fix our garage door opener that was only opening about halfway and that started coming off of its track. I can say that about the only things that I was really pleased about from this experience was that the guy who came to fix it was very kind, and that he got the opener repaired and the door back on track, and that we have had no problems since. I did not like that we had to wait almost a full week before they could get us an appointment for someone to come out. The guy that did the actual work had the entire job done in no time at all. He showed us that in the future we were going to probably need to replace the one side of the track, because it had a kink in it which was jumping the door off track. He did a great job on the repair to hold us over for now.
