Salesman measured the house, gave me a price quote of 3500.00. After I approved job, someone else came to measure because the first guy didn't know what he was doing, and the job price climbed almost a thousand dollars. Scheduling installation was a nightmare; we weren't prepared to have to move out of our house for the duration of the job, almost three days spent at the Hampton Inn. Additional cost I hadn't planned on. Mortar between tiles continues to erode every time I sweep. I made repeated calls to the company before one guy came by and put a small amount of new mortar down. Acted totally disgusted with ME while doing it. I finally went to Home Depot and bought a container of the stuff, and continue to have to spot patch all over as the installed mortar continues to be removed when I sweep the floor...with a normal broom.
