Description of Work: Old shower faucets needed to be replaced. Scheduled appointment within a few days of calling, plumber arrived at appointed time. Gave estimate before starting work. Drywall needed to be removed to expose plumbing; he explained type of fixtures that were needed. I went to plumbing supply store to save time. The repair went faster than expected. At the end of the job, he cleaned up the work area (not always done by repair people) and the cost was reduced by ~$75 do to ease of job and my doing the travel time to retrieve the fixtures. Will use again.

Description of Work: I had broken a riser from our sprinkler system and could not extract the nipple, despite multiple efforts with various tools. The scheduling was efficient, service man called and arrived on time, and completed the repair quickly and thoroughly.
