Description of Work: Put in new water pipes from street to house. Had to dig trench across yard, and under house. Checked functioning of pipes, water pressure, etc. Very professional. Put yard back together.

Description of Work: I used Ray Lusk Plumbing for many years (much earlier than the 2011 allowed on the form). The service was great when I used them. However as his business got bigger, I found I could beat the price. Again, the service was always excellent.

Description of Work: There was a leak at entry point to house. However, initially it could not be seen as it was in an area where water often collects during/after a rain, but dries out quickly. This particular time it did not dry out, but there was no visible percolation. Ray Lusk repairmen located, repaired quickly and satisfactorily completed the job. My only criticism is the initial repairman (very young) could not locate the problem and told me I would have to call in a second business for approximately $300 to find the problem. I called Lusk, spoke with a representative, informing him it had to be within a 10 ft area and didn't see the need for a second opinion. He agreed to send a second man who found the problem within 12 inches of the entry line. Description of Work: Diagnosed non-working disposal and replaced garbage disposal, wore booties from door, cleaned up after work entirely. Very professional, friendly and quick.

Description of Work: Can't remember all. Used them for years and always had excellent service. Once when I had a problem with something the plumber did to my toilet seat, I put it on a feedback form several months later and rec'd a call from RL Plumbing and they sent someone out immediately to install a new toilet seat at their expense. That was impressive.

Description of Work: Mike from Ray Lust Sprinklers repaired my system on 5 March 2012. He spent three hours of welding and attaching a backflush on the sprinkler system. I had stripped the copper grooves and the whole mechanism had to be replaced that allowed me to attach the backflush. Mike was very professional and gave me great service with a smile. He discussed the whole procedure and told me how to avoid stripping the copper grooves in the future. As I am retired he looked for a code that would allow him to give me the best price. I am completely satisfied with Ray Lusk Plumbing. This is my second use of the company and the Angie's List coupon saved me $50.00 ($25 each time).

Description of Work: I had a leaky garbage disposal under my sink. The problem was identified quickly, but unfortunately it was a Kenmore disposal and parts for this brand are not carried by Ray Lusk. Disposal was fairly new but repairman said he would install a new one for $213 so to save the inconvenience of calling Sears and taking more time off work I said go ahead. He installed the disposal, a Kitchenaid, very quickly, and it works great. Overall, the repairman was very friendly, punctual, polite, professional, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Ray Lusk Plumbing and I will probably use them in the future.

Description of Work: I have an old gas wall heater that is no longer in use. I wanted to get the gas line disconnected so they cut it off below the floor in the crawlspace and capped it off. The reason I put N/A in the price column is because I didn't get any other quotes; therefore I can't say whether they were the best price or not. They were very professional and efficient.
