Description of Work: Zak from Ray Lusk Plumbing came out, on time, and evaluated the plumbing situation. It was as bad, if not worse than I feared. However, he told us what steps to take to reduce their time correcting the problem and save as much money as possible. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. We will be following their advise and will call them back out when we're ready. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I had a drain that needed unclogging. The service tech was very professional, answered my questions and cleared 2 drains instead of just the one for an added precaution. I would certainly use Ray Lusk again and recommend them.

Description of Work: I needed the kitchen drain unclogged. Service man was prompt (even early, but they called to make sure that was okay), courteous, and knowledgeable. He looked at the problem and discussed the repair and the cost before beginning the work. He suggested I have the line cleared from the roof for a slight increase in the fee (20 dollars difference) which turned out to be a very good idea, it needed it. He was quick, efficient, and I would use them again. While I wish it were cheaper, I was not surprised by the cost.

Description of Work: Removed several trees, over-hanging limbs, and cleaned up. They were timely, worked swiftly (but safely!), did more than they charged for, and cleaned up extremely well. I will call them first the next time I have need for tree or stump removal.

Description of Work: We had a constant drip in our children's bathtub. They called me within about 10 min of my email to them and set an appointment. The plumber was very prompt and did call first to let us know he was coming. He checked the problem and gave my son the estimate. He had it fixed promptly. VERY pleased. That leak was driving me crazy. This was my first time using Angie's list. I think I will use it for all repairs.

Description of Work: Checked my hot water heater and found that the button was still set in the pilot position - he moved it to the on position

Description of Work: Main sewer line clean out. Stack was backed up in house due to main line obstruction. Took about an hour to get it cleaned out. Everything worked fine for two days then backed up again. Aaron promptly came back and worked for two more hours on warranty from the prior visit. Will definitely use them again.

I needed a new one fast and decided I wanted a tankless one. |They came the day after I called to give me the estimate and then the very next day to install it. That in itself was incredible because it was hunting season! |Wonderful people! Love my tankless water heater! |A bit pricey but if you're getting a tankless water heater you want to have it installed by someone who knows what they're doing! |Ray lusk plumbing knows what they're doing!

Description of Work: THEY SNAKED THE DRAIN FROM THE SINK AND THE ROOF TWICE THEN RAN ALOT OF WATER THROUGH THEM THE DRAIN HAD BEEN SNAKED BEFORE BUT NOT AS THOUROUGHLY. WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED..

Description of Work: Replaced one toilet, repaired another toilet, installed new kitchen sink faucet, installed new garbage disposal, installed six handicap grab bars in two bathrooms. Work was excellent, materials provided were top quality, arrived at the appointed time, work quality was excellent, work was finished sooner than I thought it would be, they cleaned up after themselves very well, and took old parts and other debris with them for disposal. Rep came to my home at agreed time (one minute early), discussed the work with me and gave me a precise estimate. We made an appointment for work to be done and workers arrived right on time. They were very polite, asked me to inspect all work done. The "C" for price means I could have saved a good bit of $$ traipsing around town to buy a toilet, garbage disposal, faucet assembly, etc at prices lower than they charged me for the same things (Grab bars had to be custom made). And I'm sure the labor cost was high (after all, they're plumbers!). HOWEVER, I'm not complaining about the cost because I was willing to pay for top-notch work, someone else providing all materials and toting the into the house and all I had to do was sit in the kitchen and watch TV. You get what you pay for, and I believe that it was worth every penny.
