Our records show we replaced a busted frost proof hydrant in May of 2014 from the winter before and installed caps on sewer lines removed by others under your home to attempt to stop a sewer smell you were having, I am sorry you feel we did not live up to your expectations and have waited until now to let us know. If you will notice in so very many of our reviews this is not the norm for our company.

Description of Work: The employee was knowledgeable and fast. The final price came in less than the bid. Like the old joke, about the plumber who made a bid to a heart surgeon. The heart surgeon said the bid was too high. The Plumber told the surgeon, "have you ever paid for a heart surgery?" After thinking about what the plumber said, the surgeon replies,"the bid sounded very reasonable." The bid seemed high, but I couldn't legally do the work and didn't have time to look for another plumber, so all in all, I am satisfied. The plumbing had to be done to close the sale of a house. The price of the plumbing is just the cost of doing business. The house closed on time. All parties are happy.
