Arrived, informed me of the issue. Fixed it right away.

There were a couple of small problems with the county but they took care of everything. They answered all of our questions and did a great job.

Great!! Thought we were going to have to replace the gas logs in our fireplace because when we turned it on there was a strong smell of gas unless the flue was all the way open, which, of course, meant the heat went straight up the chimney ........we were afraid to use it anyway because of the smell. Another company told us it the gas logs needed to replaced and gave us an estimate for $1000. Luckily, I found Ray Lusk Plumbing on Angie's List and called for a free estimate. A very nice man named Landon came out and inspected the fireplace and tightened the gas valve and voilà, no more smell! My sister complimented Landon on being the nicest, most professional person to come to our house since we bought it last year, and unfortunately, we've had a lot of repair folks at the house! We were told by the company the valve may come loose again, and if it does, it will eventually have to be replaced.........and if so, we will definitely call them for the repair. Hopefully, it will work this winter and we can enjoy our fireplace for the first time since we moved in! P.S. Landon also helped our elderly neighbor with a small problem while he was there and didn't charge a dime!

Went Great. Dave Holland did the work and he was excellent. Would definitely hire them again. This is the third time I have used Ray Lusk and have always done an excellent job for a fair price.

Josh and chuck from Ray Lusk Plumbing came out and made sure it was the water heater and not something else. It ruptured and was leaking so they began right away taking old out. Within a few hours new one in! Great work

Aaron & Josh arrived on time (early) and went right to work looking for our mystery leak after listening to the circumstances of the leak. We discussed all possible reasons and theories as to where the leak was coming from and they did their best to recreate the issue. Unfortunately, they could not recreate the leak or find it, but it was certainly not without effort. We could tell that it frustrated them both to not resolve the issue. We all agreed that unfortunately, this was a situation that would require patience to wait for the next event and hopefully be able to tell what caused the leak. Not exactly what a homeowner wants to hear but completely understandable in this situation. This situation should not be a reflection on Ray Lusk plumbing. They are the third plumbers we have had look at this issue and NO ONE can figure it out. The big question is would I receomend them, YES.

No one would ever return our call. Even showed up at location and no one available to help. Told they would call, never did. Lousy way to start relationship. Won't recommend.

Apparently the original service guy's wife had a baby, congratulations. We received a partial quote for option 1 only. No follow up regarding the second option even after several attempts on our part. The end result, we way another direction with our project.

He immediately knew the problem and replaced the supply line quickly after letting me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He also informed me of Delta's lifetime warranty on their products. I had a few additional questions regarding some additional plumbing needs that we are going to have in the upcoming future. I will definitely be using Ray Lusk Plumbing in the future.

He came reset and cleaned the 2 filters and it came on. He advised monthly cleaning tips to help and suggested vents on the doors so there is oxygen flow.

Toilet was unclogged and working great!

Great! The technician came when scheduled and installed it. The new disposal has had no problems or leaks.

Everything went very well. The worker was punctual, cordial, & performed the work very professionally. He left the area clean & looking like new. I haven't had a problem with it since. I would definitely hire them again & recommend Ray Lusk Plumbing Co to friends.

Poorly, wanted to charge for estimate after stating over the phone that an estimate was free, did not quote accurately or assure that they could complete the job. Could not recommend anyone in the area to complete the mortar work that would be required for the outside of the house faucet replacement. THEY SENT ME A BILL AFTER THE ESTIMATE FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT PERFORMED. Quoted it as an office mistake. This leads me to not trust Angie's List considering this is the first service I've ever looked up on here and they're all at the top with all the awards and so on. Proof that bucks talk I guess.

I was actually about to call Roto Rooter when I saw that Ray Lusk plumbing Co. had some great reviews and was AL certified. I called that morning and they were able to send a team out that afternoon. My mother-in-law was babysitting, while my wife and I were working, so most of what I'm writing comes from her. Both gentlemen were very professional and through out the service call made every effort to keep the house clean. I know it was no small task, because my kids were probably running all over the place. I believe the person I spoke to was Aaron and he updated me constantly about everything they were doing and why they were doing it . They ended up needing to pull a toilet out so they could get their rooter equipment to the clog. It only took a couple of hours and by the time I made it home, you wouldn't even think that we had to call a plumber. My mother-in-law was very impressed and so was I.

There were three links in the chain, which makes it all the more impressive that everyone who was supposed to call me at a certain time did so, and did as they said they would do.

The most wonderful young man showed up for our repairs. He was very professional, arrived on time, communicated well, and did an excellent job. Thank you for the wonderful service I will definitely use this service again for any upcoming projects.

fixed leak in about 5 minutes and had to cut hole in the wall to get to the water pipe that was replaced as well. It only took a couple hours and Don was very professional.Gave me an estimate on replacing two other faucets in other bathroom.Will for sur use them again!

It went well. Flange was repaired and pipe cemented in. Other toilet was installed. All used parts were removed and area was clean upon leaving.

Ray Lusk moved up their appointment due to our situation. Their estimator, Mike, was very thorough in explaining what was going to be involved. When they got the job, they called it an emergency and got everything moved up with locators and permits. The next day the work was completed by Mike and Temple and they made an effort not to leave the landscape in a mess. A manager, Tony offered to return when everything dried out. We were pleased with their employees. We have a maintenance contract with another company that provides a 10 per cent discount but their bid with the discount was higher than Ray Lusk.

They were amazing! Recommend for anyone needing work done. They were very reliable, professional and was able to even leave them alone in the house and everything was perfect and locked up when they finished. They even paid attending to the dogs and made sure they didn't get out.
