Were able to respond within one day from initial call. They were early for the appointment and called ahead as requested. They gave a bid before performing any work, also as requested and promised. Workers were willing to explain what they were doing as they removed the old toilets and installed the new. They cleaned up well before leaving.

I always call Ray Lusk Plumbing! Have used them for years. I called because my garbage disposal wasn't working. They arrived as promised, and after a few minutes, told me that the disposal was fine, but that I needed anew switch (which was correct - called Staley Electric and disposal works fine!) They noticed, however, that the pipes under the sink were leaking slightly, and showed me. I asked them if the had time to fix the problem. They replaced the piece of leaking pipe, showed me the hole in the old one, cleaned up under the sink and replaced all the cleaning supplies which they had removed to get to the leak. I will always use this company! Very knowledgeable, very professional and very good!

My terminte inspector told me on Friday that I had a plumbing leak under the house, probably from the kitchen area. I found Ray Lusk Plumbing on Angie's List, they were an award winner from the 2009 list. I made an appointment for them to come the following Monday. He found the leak, it was a fitting that was loose and needed tightening. He said I shouldn't have any more problems, but if I did to call him back. HE called me on Thursday morning after discussing my repair with a co-worker. He said he didn't think the repair was good enough and could he come back that day and remove the fitting and replace it with a better one. There would be no extra charge. This is the most amazing plumbing repair story, definitely will use this company again. I even got a senior citizens discount!

It started and ended great. They sent 2 people to do the job which facilitated it being done in a quicker fashion. The lead person was very knowledgable and went right to work on the problem. His assistant did what assistance do, stand around a bit and carry out less skilled tasks The price was high and a handyman said they would do the job a a lower price but I have confidence in the Lusk company and this team. As a bonus, the lead person told me how to do some very simple fixes myself and this saved money. So I am 100% pleased.

We thought we had a leak in the plumbing under our patio foundation. The rep. came out and ruled it out and only charged us for a service call. He didn't rush and spent a long time with us explaining everthing. Very pleasant experience.

It went well. The work was finished quickly. The gentleman who performed the work, Bill, was very polite and professional. In addition to changing out the drain trim, he also told me how to change out my shower handle in another bathroom. He didn't do it himself, so I did not get charged for it but I would not have known how to do it if he had not told me how. So I appreciate his lesson and thought that was nice of him.

They were reasonable in pricing and did the work that they said they'd do. They were here when they said they would be. I would give them A's on all categories because I was really impressed by them. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Bob came to my home, within the 2 hour time frame given. He was polite and professional. He quoted a price for a main line and then proceeded to work. I asked up front about the $25 dollar discount I had gotten in the mail, and yes it would apply to the price. The line ended up being much more stopped up than I realized and it took him more than 2 hours. I figured the price would go up, but it didn't.

Guy was great, named Paul, explained what he was doing was quick and professional.

It went well. A leak between the garbage disposal and main drain pipe initiated the call. After several attempts to correct the problem myself and several trips back and forth to Lowes, I decided to seek professional help. My house is 100 years old and any repair can develop into an adventure and history lesson. The plumber explained that over the years different types of pipes and fittings had been connected resulting in some loose fittings and bizarre configurations. The plumber ran into an unanticipated problem connecting the new piping to the main drain pipe in the wall, but overall the job went smoothly. The plumber was very professional and pleasant. I, on the other hand need to go to Confession following two days of cursing the pipes while I was trying to fix it myself.

It went very well. I think the price was about $86. The guy called to let me know he was on his way, and would be at my home shortly. He came in to replace the pipe under my sink. I could see where the pipe was leaking, so I pointed that out to him. It didn't take long for him to put a new pipe on for me. He even cleaned up the water that ran out of the old pipe for me. He was very nice and prompt with his services. I like that.

Gave an estimate, which I compared to another plumbers. Came when agreed and completed the work in one day.

The person they sent didn't seem experienced. He asked us to figure out where the leak came from. The estimate they sent us included them tearing out the wall all the way to the studs for $7000, but I figured it out myself with a tube of caulk. They were not good for us.

It went well. Johnny showed up early, after calling the wrong phone number, which wasn't a problem for us. Then he sized up the work that was needed. He turned the water off to the house so he could replace the existing connection. All the work took barely over an hour to finish. He even commented about how nice our crawlspace was compared to other homes he's worked on.

They were extremely friendly, on-time, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have 2 complaints that are relatively minor now that my $150/month leak is fixed, but that did raise my overall cost: 1) The first time out ($95), they thought I had a copper line, so a repair would be possible, but because the line runs downhill, they could not pinpoint the leak without continuing to dig random holes at $100/hr. They suggested I call another company, who found the leak in about an hour, for $300. When the plumbers got to the leak, though, it was galvanized pipe, and the whole line had to be replaced, making the location of the leak irrelevant. 2)Estimated hand digging most of the trench, taking most of a day, but the machine was able to do quite a bit. They finished running the line in roughly 3 hours - which is great - but $2400 for a 3 hour job seems steep. I don't fault them for this - they estimated, I agreed - and it was cold, so I'm sure they were working as fast as possible.

They are polite and always on time. They will work around your schedule. They go the extra mile.

The plumber told us it couldn't be fixed then tried to sell us a new one. The Kohler Faucet was actually under warranty; we had only had it for five years. My husband and the plumber took the faucet apart (the plumber was resistant to taking apart and kept saying that it was rotted out and this wouldn't work) my husband cleaned it all up and the faucet now works.

A plumber from Ray Lusk Plumbing in Little Rock came to find out why water was running from my top floor bathroom down the walls of the family room below. After testing the shower that seemed to be leaking, he opined that my plastic substitute for caulk around the tub was allowing the water to leak. He showed me that it was doing so by directing water at the plastic edging. My problem was solved (after I caulked around the tub). He left after 15 minutes or so of this detective work--at no charge!!! He created much good will as far as I'm concerned and got a lot of good publicity for his company with everyone to whom I've told this story.

Drain was clogged with roots. They cleaned the drain and gave advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Arrived on scene, at time promised.

I CALLED THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN, BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM, WHAT COULD THEY SAY? I HAVE THE ESTIMATE, SCRATCHED THOUGH AND ALL IN WRITING!

Although I was given the "We'll be there between 2 and 4" timeframe, Will, the plumber, called to tell me he'd be right on time at 2. And he was, if not a few minutes early. He performed the work in a bit under an hour, was very nice to my dogs who kept poking their heads in to see what he was doing, and was so quiet I could hardly tell anything was going on in the next room. After he finished, he cleaned up, put the drawers back in the cabinet and even disposed of the old faucet. He was also kind enough to check out a few other plumbing problems we want to get fixed, and is going to work up a quote for the three different jobs. Being a first time homeowner, this was a very positive experience!

These men were so professional that they even came in our house and fixed a leaky faucet we had free of charge. They take their work very seriously and clean up extremely well when they finish. Our lawns look really nice because of what they do. We never had a problem since using their services.
