I have used this provider before and have always had a good experience.

Technician was competent, professional, prompt, and efficient in performing the task in a timely manner. He arrived exactly at the time estimated. We will definitely call them for future problems. Angie's List coupon helped.

Truly excellent work all around. Punctual, on task, professional and responsive. It wasn't a tough task but it needed to be done quickly and it was.

I can't say enough good things about this company. It all started when I called to schedule the service. The employee on the phone was incredibly friendly and apologized repeatedly for not being able to work me in that afternoon; something I didn't expect as I didn't call until 2 pm. He made me an appointment for the 12 pm - 2 pm time slot the next day but said they'd do all they could to get to me earlier. They called the next morning at 8 am to see if they could come out then. The plumbers were incredibly polite, worked quickly and provided me with lots of details before every step of the process. They gave me exact prices for each scenario before they ever started to work.

They actually came out ahead of schedule to repair a water service line leak.The service man provided a fixed bid (with some limits) and began digging once I accepted it. A couple of hours later and about two feet down in some nasty rocks, a broken coupling is discovered. A short time later, it is repaired and the water is back on. Thanks!

Great experience working with Ray Lusk Plumbing. The showed when they said they were going to and took care of the list of items I had. Offered advice in some areas but in no way did I feel like they were trying to "up-sell". A++++++

They came out after another plumber quoted over 850 for the same job. Work was done in about 2 hours. The insinkerator model was the same one listed in the more expensive quote from the other plumber. The plumber was polite, professional and the work looks great. No more leak and the new disposal is super quite. Very pleased.

The two man team of Bill and Dave came out on 10/22/2013 to give a estimate. They were so thorough in their attempt to find the problem, that after an hour and half I asked if there was a service charge. With their rating on Angie's list, the fair estimate and the diligence of Bill and Dave. They came out the next day and completed the job.

The guy who did the work was very knowledgable and professional. He also finished the job during a rainstorm which materialized after he had started. He also provided me with an estimate for installing a line through our garage to generate an extra outdoor spigot. The estimate seemed a little pricey, which accounts for the B I gave them in the price category.

Perfect. Had to dig my yard up and it looked great when they were done.

Work was completed in one day (same day as inspection and estimate). Was given an estimate with low and high price and was told the price should be somewhere in that range depending on what was found once the work started. Estimate was based on what could be seen prior to the broken plumbing being removed. The final price was about dead center of the price range. The two plumbers who worked on the house were fast, professional and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

The flapper on wife's toilet stopped working on Weds night, Called for service on Thursday but they couldn't get me scheduled until Monday. The flapper on our second toilet stopped working on Saturday...luckily we had one more bathroom available. The repair guy showed up on Monday as schedule and fixed both toilets.

They came on the same day I called and rebuilt our toilet in just a couple of hours. The plumber was friendly and the the price was fair. Now the toilet works perfectly.

He was polite, arrived on time and I thought the price was good. I will use them again.

This would be my first call if I have plumbing needs in the future ! The response time was amazing - The Plumber was professional found the problem fast and for a Weekend Call I thought the Bill was reasonable.

Our shower valve had been leaking for quite a while so I bought a repair kit to "do it myself". I've done this kind of thing before, but when I couldn't get the handle off because the lock screw was corroded and I didn't want to take a chance on snapping it off, I checked "Angie's List" and Ray Lusk Plumbing was right at the top with an "A+" rating. They did not disappoint!! Quick response on a day and time that was convenient for me, had the part on hand and the technician was very professional!! I would highly recommend Ray Lusk Plumbing to anyone needing fast, reliable and professional service!!

Called at 9am, 2 guys arrived at 12:30pm, had it fixed by 1pm. They also gave advice on other, non-plumbing projects that were in the works at our house (but that their company does not do). Very professional and prompt. $200 to fix a leaky faucet seemed a little steep, but the $25 angieslist coupon helped.

Mike and Kevin showed up on time. They analyzed the problem and then fixed the problem. Both were courteous and professional. If you need lawn irrigation services, this is the place to go.

My Mom's sewer line was backing up into the house. Called Ray Lusk Plumbing after quickly reading the reviews on Angie's List. The Tech arrived within the time window given and set about doing his work in a thunderstorm. The work was completed in short order and the Tech was kind enough to provide his thoughts regarding what was causing the blockage and where he thought the blockage was. The Tech's overall demeanor was very courteous and knowledgeable. The equipment used seemed to be new and in good working order. He had everything he needed to complete the job when he arrived. If this line has to be replaced, Ray Lusk Plumbing will definitely be asked to bid on this job! Also, in our haste, we did not notice that Ray Lusk offers a $25 discount coupon to Angie's List members, but I'm sure we will be using it in the future.

Appointment was scheduled between 12:00 & 2:00 PM. They called me earlier and asked if it was OK to arrive early. I agreed. They diagnosed problem and cleared clog going through Kitchen drain vent on roof. Job was complete in about 45 minutes. This is a recurring problem and would take thousands of dollars and lengthy household disruption to correct the bad design when the house was built. In all, everything was better than expected. So, when it happens again...and it will, I'll call Lusk plumbing again.

Mom?s old kitchen?s faucet started dripping, so I bought her a new kitchen faucet. I HATE plumbing work. I found the cold water valve under the sink was leaking when turned off. Great, now I need a plumber. I went to Angie?s List and chose Ray Lusk Plumber. Phone call was ok, said $53 for a visit but would not give me a price to replace the valve; the tech had to look at it first. The tech called before he arrived, but was 30 minutes late for our appointment, not a problem, things happen. He gave me a price of $182, no way? but he is there and I need it done, mom?s faucet IS dripping, I gave him the OK. I asked him since he was there what would he charge to replace the faucet? He quoted $198!!! No way!!!! It took him 18 minutes to replace the valve. Dripping stopped and he left. I replaced the faucet, it took me 45 minutes, and I hated it. It would have taken the plumber half that time, $198???? Over the many times I asked why so much, the Tech, owner and receptionist kept saying ?they get paid by the job, not by the hour?. Every time they said it, it was so insulting. IF the tech did both jobs, it would have taken him less than an hour and he would have charged me almost $400???? For less than an hour?s work? Really? I called Ray and he seems confused and annoyed that I asked him about his price, ?They charge by the job, not by the hour?. I will never use them again!

I was very pleased overall relative to other competitive companies and would rely on their service again. The first visit, they quickly identified the major,leak, showed me the damage, repaired it although at the cost of cutting one sprinkler to an area at the edge of the lawn. He gave me the option of trying to reroute but knew it would be quite costly. He then went through all the cycles with me and redirected flow on our problem areas. When we called them back because of what we believed was another leak that was missed, they promptly came back, identified the problem as not a leak but the water level in fish pond and did not charge us for the visit. They are very professional and prompt about returning calls and scheduling service.

He was very professional. He was there for 30 minutes looking at the problem and tried to tighten things up a little bit. It was kind of muddy and he was right down there in the dirt. He didn't charge us anything for that service so we appreciate that. So far I am not disappointed with them.

I thought that I had a leak in the basement from my washer. The serviceman arrived on time and quickly determined that there was no leak but that the pipes were stopped up from years of buildup. He brought in the heavy equipment that was kinda like what's used to "snake" the drains but it's bigger. He had to take the door off the hinges to gain entrance to the house from the garage. He just did it and didn't complain. He was careful to cover my floors so that there was no damage. It took more than the allotted time for my appointment (2 hours) so I had to pay a little more than the quoted price. I was more than willing to pay the extra cost to get the pipes cleaned.
