They did a good job.

They came out, gave me the estimate, and stuck to it. They showed up when they said, and they finished when they said. I thought they did a good job.

The work seems very good and very little of the garden around the back porch was disturbed. The only issue I have with this company is their communication with the customer regarding scheduling. They were very relaxed, to put it nicely, whereas I travel a great deal and needed to have a little more preciseness as to when they were going to call me to schedule and when the work was actually going to be done.

The estimate was $1,500, which seemed a little high. For what we were wanting them to do, it seemed close to about $300 too high. They were fairly prompt with returning calls. We had some communication breakdown on both sides, so we can't really blame them for all of that. We called to get the estimate on all these issues, and the first guy that came decided he needed someone with more experience to look at the windows, and I appreciated that quite a bit. I appreciate when people call somebody else if they don't understand what's going on. So he called somebody else in his group, and he came out, and we asked them to combine their estimates, because one guy looked at one end of the house and one guy looked where the windows were. They didn't combine those estimates, which we had asked them specifically to do. I thought that was kind of weird. I don't know if that's why the estimate ended up being so high, but we're still mulling it over and we'll probably have another estimate done by somebody else.

They have come out and measured my windows. I had to come home from work to let the guy in. I also have some windows that are custom made and I did the drawings for that. I gave those to the guy who came out and he made a drawing as well that I agreed. When the windows came in they were wrong and had to be sent back. I am still waiting a few more weeks for the right ones to come in. I will be glad when the windows come in and are installed. I know that I will be happy with them because the quality is good.

They did a very good job, they got them up when they said they would, they put the helmets on the gutters for a reasonable price, they even did some extra work for no charge. They have held up good so far.

The contractor did not sufficiently communicate our verbalized wishes to the laborers so we had a slight misunderstanding and delay of work. However, this misunderstanding was resolved satisfactorily.

I called and asked for an estimate. They came out within a few days and gave and estimate. I gave the go ahead for the work and they said work would be done within 4 days. Work was done 4 days later for the amount of the estimate.

The company sent a representative, Chris Fraley, to give us an estimate. He did a very thorough job of assessing our situation which had been an ongoing problem for several years. Chris inspired such confidence in me that I knew immediately I did not need other estimates. He went up on the roof and took pictures of the damage and then discussed the problem with me as we looked at the pictures. He went inside the attic and checked out the water leakage inside. He was able to pinpoint the problem very quickly and he gave me a very thorough explanation of the problem and what his company would do. The workmen came in a day or two and completed the job very efficiently and they left the area very clean. Chris double-checked their work when they had finished, so I felt very good about it. Chris Fraley is a real gem and a real asset to this company.

During the installation process, they made sure to make us feel comfortable and secure. I am always pleased when I use this company because they are friendly and on time. They do not take long to finish the work and they cleaned up all the debris. I would recommend the company for their outstanding customer service and quality.

They came right out, and the men worked very hard. They were very nice and didn t tear the roof up. They cleaned up everything, and their equipment was nice and clean. I felt their work was great.

We had a very bad experience. It took them a week to get the roof done. I was not impressed because the workers napped during the middle of the day and urinated on an outside wall. Also some of the pebbles from the roof fell down on our outside grill.
