Mary Poppins Chimney Sweep

Description of Work: Were supposed to be here Wednesday at 800 am, called at 10 to 800 to reschedule for Friday from 200 to 400. They were across the street from our house doing a neighbors chimney figured they would be here next but by 215 (already late) they were gone and never came by or called. I called them and said where are you? We were not on their schedule but they were still close enough and came back. Agreed price prior to coming was $100. Invoice said $120 and a $40 discount because they screwed up. The entire process was a mess. Not good at scheduling or following up on appointments. Just not very professional would not hire them again.

Description of Work: We hired Mary Poppins Chimney Sweep to clean our our gas fireplace. They were courteous, prompt, and efficient. Along with a safety check, they cleaned the fireplace and were very careful of our home and floors. We are very happy with the result and feel our fireplace is safer. The owner was very helpful, helping us find a replacement log. We were very grateful. We will hire this company again.
