 + -1 moreDo not buy a Kodiak home. My floor plan was wrong. They didn't send me my insulation and have been trying to get a refund for 2 years. They also charged me 15% more after the plans went to manufacturing. This has been a nightmare to say it mildly. There are other steel frame home companies out there.

Description of Work: had an extraordinary hard job on very rusted metal stairs that required them to strip acid wash primer twice and then industrial paint to finish... not only did they do it when they said they would but did it fast.. It was very affordable for the quality of work, not cheap but affordable.
