Very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Will make recommendations without being pushy ... if you want to go in a totally different direction than his recommendations, he will work with you and help you get there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Work Done: Removed single person shower; removed Jacuzzi; knocked down wall to open up bathroom (enlarge); installed new linen closet where old shower stood; installed large 2 person shower where Jacuzzi was; removed old bathroom tiles and closet carpeting; installed new tiles in bathroom and closet; removed old / installed new 2-sink countertop. They were 1 among 5 different quotes. They weren't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. I had a budget and an idea what it would cost, and they came in right in the ball park. Range of quotes received were $13-27K. The reason I didn't go with the 2 lower bids was they appeared extremely low and didn't trust them, or the quality of materials they would be using was not what my wife and I wanted. At least for my job, Michael Lanari used one does-it-all general contractor to do the work: Steve Maitland. This guy is awesome! I cannot say enough good things about him, his workmanship, work ethic, knowledge, and attention to detail. Treated our home as if it was his own and took great care to not cause damage during the remodel and ensured he cleaned up after himself every day. Overall, we are extremely pleased and consider the remodel a highlight in our home. Bathroom looks great! They do kitchens and baths ... pay him a visit and ask for a quote/site visit, then decide if he's right for you. MOST IMPORTANTLY -- RULE 1: Do your homework and ask lots of questions to avoid surprises and misunderstandings regardless of whoever you decide to hire for your project. Good luck.

Fran and Michael Lanari came to our home to assess bathroom and take measurements. Discussed options and style design at that time. Once they had all their figures/ideas in place we went to their business to discuss details. Fran had selected combinations of tile, stone, glasswork, colors. We selected the plumbing fixtures, vanity, etc at this time. They were extremely knowledgeable with the design aspect and had a good idea of the style we were looking for. The workers (Samson Birch and his crew) were very professional and knowledgeable in what they were doing. Samson gave us suggestions on placement of several items with explanation of why it would be better one way versus the other way. Workers came ready to work. The bathroom was gutted, tile shower with stone flooring and a "waterfall" design with glass tiles were installed after prep work, shower bar and corner shelves were installed. Shower fixtures, vanity fixtures, automatic fan installed. New high vanity installed, framed mirror, toilet, shower doors, tile flooring, above toilet cabinet. The bathroom looks bigger and I have plenty of storage. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Very smoothly. Fran did a beautiful tile design, that was implemented by Tim. The Hanstone quartz countertops go nicely with our light colored stained cabinets and the tile design.

Excellent from start to finish. Michael and Fran Lanari were professional and through in planning and contracting the entire job. If you want a complete turn key job, this is the company to call. AHI from Hot Springs provided and installed the new quartz counter top. They did an outstanding and very professional job. The plumber completed his part of the work in a very timely manner.

They charged me for the plan and it was outrageously expensive. I didn’t use them to do the job. They just gave me kind of a plain fee saying that the kitchen would cost $40000 and the bathroom would cost around $20000. They didn’t give me specifics. I asked for specifics on their quote and they didn’t do that. Their attitude was such that they didn’t care if they got my business or not. I have a contractor doing my bathroom for much less than they quoted me.

They're very good, very easy to reach. Their price is probably slightly higher than other, but I believe its worth it. Its been very care free, which is what i was looking for.

The work was done well. I will use them again in the future.
