+ -1 moreIt went well. We sold the house in 2 1/2 months. Kerry took care of us no matter what came up. She is a professional and knows the real estate business. I would use her again. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the central Arkansas area.
Description of Work: Kerry Ellison staged my house, pointed out repairs and touch ups that needed to be made to make my house the most saleable. She had professional photos taken and put them online on several real estate internet sources. I was given a weekly report about the number of views, etc. Ms. Ellison used a Centralized Showing Service which sent texts and emails to set up showings. I received reports with comments about the house from the agent showing the house. She also has a reliable crew of repairman she can recommend. She also helped us find a house to buy.
