+ -1 moreThey were very knowledgeable and upfront. He explained everything to me and why it would be more than what I had thought. I wanted them to build a patio behind my house and I live on a slope. Normally they would have to build a foundation wall which would require bumper trucks which would not be able to climb on the slope. They thought they would have an arm come over the house but they decided that the bumper truck would not withstand the slope of the hill and it would turn over. He would have to come twice to do the foundation wall for that part and then come back and do the actual patio. Both the estimates told me the same thing. He was very nice I would have loved to work with him but I can't afford to pay so much on a patio. They were very thorough and timely. They responded by email and broke it down for me.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from ICS Innovative Concrete Systems about five weeks ago to do a patio behind my house.
