Description of Work: They repaired flashing, which had been done incorrectly by another roofing company. So far, so good.

Description of Work: Reroofed, replaced one sheet of plywood, installed one new turbine and replaced the one we had, repaired soffit across the back of the house and in a couple of places in the front that were rotted, added new facia to back of the house, roofing included around commercial heat/air unit on top of the roof. I picked the color they suggested after getting addresses and going to see what the other choices looked like. I appreciated that the turbines matched the singles. Everything went well. The workers were very friendly.

Description of Work: Replaced second-story gutter downspout and braced another existing two-story downspout. The quality of work seems very good and their communication with me was excellent. They had to move my appointment as rain for several days prior had put them behind schedule. They communicated this to me and worked it out where I did not need to be home for the repair. I would use them again and I recommend them.

Description of Work: Garcia & Sons added a small gutter/down spout and replaced siding on the roofline of our house. They were very professional and did exactly what I asked. They arrived on time for the estimate and the repair. The price was very reasonable for the work done.

Description of Work: I had a good experience with this company. Upon calling, they had someone out to look at my roof within 24-hours. They were able to do the assorted repairs within a day or two after the initial consultation. They were courteous guys. I'll definitely use them again if necessary.

Description of Work: Garcia Roofing had replaced the roof on my house approx 7 years ago. Since then both of my brothers have needed new roofs and had them do the work. I have a small storage building. Thought the job would be too small for them to mess with but I called anyway and asked . I had already bought the shingles. Travis (hope that is his name) came out- figured the space, went to Home Depot to buy and additional bundle, replaced some plywood that needed replacing. They did this work 2 days after estimate, arrived even earlier than I thought they would. did a great job and just like when my house was done- cleaned everything up. Great Co. and people

Description of Work: I called Garcia & Son roofing because the skylight at my mother's house is leaking. The woman that answered the phone said that they would come the next day to look at the problem and give an estimate. They did not come and they did not call. I called them to ask what happened & was told the man scheduled to do the estimate was sick and then he had gotten behind with his appointments. We rescheduled. He came a few days later. The caregiver at mother's house was told that a written estimate would be generated & emailed to me. About a week later, I was out of town and asked that my brother call & check with them. He was told that the estimate would be $1000.00, but that it could be more since the roof is made of shake shingles and they might break when walked upon. Also he would have a written estimate by Monday, Dec.2. Still no written estimate of any kind has arrived by either USPS or email to my brother or me or to the address where the repairs are to be done. By the way, there is really no reason to 'walk' on the shingles because the skylight can be accessed from the back of the house. I do not like the way this company has behaved up to now and would NEVER use or recommend them.

Description of Work: I called to have them check out a needed roof repair, they came out promptly, gave me an estimate of $300.00 to replace the whole sheet of wood even though someone else might have just cut off the rotten part, re-paper and shingle it. They honored their $50.00 coupon for repairs happily. They came on the weekend to do the work and I watched them from an upstairs window. They did a great job. Cannot tell it has been patched. I don't know how they were able to match the shnigles so well. I was very pleased and will use them again to do my whole roof when it needs it.

Description of Work: removal of old roof, replace with new.. very helpful giving of addresses to see type and color of shingles i wanted. also messed up a few small flowers up front went right out an purchased new, same kind to replace them and performed that as well.. very nice and speedy crew.

Description of Work: The eight-man crew arrived around 8:00 am and immediately got busy removing my old roof down to the decking. These guys were friendly and polite but they were all business. They worked hard and fast. The old roof was srtipped away by about 10:30. While this work was going on there was always someone on the ground cleaning up as they went. As soon as the old roof was stripped away they began rolling out and stapleing the paper on which the new one would be installed. At about 11:00 am a flat-bed eighteen wheeler arrived with the shigles and these were unloaded directly onto the roof with a forklift. These guys were a well-oiled machine. Everyone knew his job and he did it efficiently and professionally. When they finished about three hours later the roofing, wind turbines, flashing, etc. had been installed perfectly and my property was as clean....maybe cleaner than when they started. On the front end, the estimate, contract and scheduling was handled in a friendly professional manner. I have nothing but praise for these folks. Good job. If you're looking for a good, reliable roofer this outfit fills the bill. P.S. It hasn't rained yet but I don't expect any problems.
