+ -1 moreNot good at all. this process is nerve wrecking to start with. she performed very poorly and added to the anxiety and frustration.
Description of Work: i retained Crye-Leike (Lisa Richardson; Kanis, Little Rock, AR) to help sell our house.service was subpar. She did a very poor job negotiating with the potential buyer, asked me for documents over and over again after i had forwarded them to her the first place, forgot certain details about the house (she listed it as having granite countertops (which is the case) and forgot that when we were trying to sell the house), and last (but not least) accepted to give the buyer more money toward repair costs while teh contract clearly specified a max amount to be used for repairs.

+ -1 moreWe probably looked at 150 homes. She went all over central Arkansas for us. We ran her ragged. She was very devoted and loyal and hung in there with us. She wanted us to find the right home. I would recommend Carol. She if very honest and dependable. My daughter actually used her before we did and that is how we found her. We've looked hit and miss for rental properties and Carol has been helping us with this as well.
Description of Work: For real estate we used Carol Garner, she is with Crye Leike in Little Rock. We last used her two years ago to buy a home. We didn't pay anything for the service, we did a closing cost. She obviously got commission for selling the home.
