They were finished when they said they would be and it cost less than the estimate they gave me. Very pleased with the service I received.

+ -1 moreI took my computers in Monday morning and they said they would check them out to see if any thing else needed to be done besides fixing the problems I described. They gave me an estimate of what it would cost and said they would have them ready by late afternoon, They called me at 3 PM and said they had my computers ready. The price was what they had estimated and my computers are performing as well if not better then when they were new .I will use them again and recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Removed virus from both my desktop and laptop. Added memory & removed spyware. Installed a CD burner and new virus protection. Clean the inside and fans on my desktop.

Description of Work: Finally!!! A place where I can take my computer and my wife's computer where they are HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and COURTEOUS! It is such a relief after I have gone to other places and had to deal with computer geeks who have zero people skills. + -1 moreMy sister was visiting from out of state and brought her PC with her to have it repaired since she had limited resources in her area. We took her computer in on Friday morning and picked it up the following Monday morning. They were very courteous and professional and explained the problems and solutions. The price was extremely reasonable considering the short turn-around time. I was thrilled they could fix her PC so quickly as she was leaving town the next day. I took my own PC to them for repairs the following week and experienced the same great service. I will definitely recommend them again!
Description of Work: Viruses and malware removed and cleaned up the hard drive which made it run much smoother and faster.
