Description of Work: These folks have cleaned my home for several years (over 4 years).Generally, they do an adequate job. Some things I do not like is that they do rotations. I have asked them not to do this with me. The people who do the cleaning refuse to understand or speak English. This bothers me.Communication is poor. Owner is friendly and responsive. Supervisor is short and to the point. Most of the time friendly and punctual.

Description of Work: We called and scheduled an appointment. The company called the same day to confirm. The appoint time came and went, 25 min later I called and told them to forget it. If a company cannot call their client and say they are running late or even take the time... I dont want them in my house.

Description of Work: I use the services of Cleaning Authority for house cleaning. I have been using them for couple of years. They come twice a month. They have a rotation that they do. They do general cleaning but then they have emphasis on certain rooms on certain visits. They clean the bathroom and clean the kitchen, vacuum and dust. They do just typical housecleaning.

Description of Work: For several years (when the Hicks owned the franchise) the monthly service from the Cleaning Authority (CA) was satisfactory. Since the change in ownership, the time allocated to my home was apparently shortened as there was always a rush to finish the job. Last spring the team cleaning accidentally chipped one of a pair of porcelain vases. Unfortunately they tried to "fix" the vase by gluing the chips back - not well. It took months for the franchise owner to respond to my claim and when he did, the response included the following: Are you sure the vase was not already broken? What is the value of the vase? How can I be sure this wasn't a cheap garage sale purchase? Because there was only one provider who could repair the vase, the CA owner did accept the cost, but refused to pay it. The only way I could get any value was through their offering additional cleaning at no cost to me. And to get to this point took months! Also, the settlement took place after I had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In December, the team accidentally broke the glass blender container. The CA manager asked for a copy of the invoice for its replacement. After a month I got a check for the container cost and half the shipping cost. The CA authority owner said because I ordered other items only half the shipping cost would be paid. In fact I did order a blade and ring but these items added only $.32 and the total shipping costs of $10.54. A phone call to me or a check online from the company would have indicated this. So after a month I did get a check from the CA, albeit for $5.00 less I expected. These two incidents reflect the poor service from the ownership. After the cleaning in November, I called the office to express great disappointment with the service that day. They did send an inspector over who confirmed the problem areas and they did clean the areas missed. However, this added to the breakage problems seemed to indicate a service far inferior to the service provided prior to the change in franchise ownership. Since the teams sent out (and it is never the same two persons) are pleasant and seemingly hard-working I surmise that the time constraints the ownership imposes on them is reflected in the cleaning deficiencies. I have canceled service with the Little Rock Cleaning Authority franchise and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We employed The Cleaning Authority for bi-monthly cleaning of our 2300 sq ft home beginning in October 2010. The first two cleanings were deep cleanings which were fine. Over the course of the year, the cleanings became less thorough. The showers and bathrooms were not up to standard. The hardwood floors were dull and had film on them from the products they had used. And finally, several pieces of my jewelry went missing! When we called the company to terminate the services, they weren't even concerned or compassionate about our considerable loss.

Description of Work: The Cleaning Authority was to perform 2 detailed cleaning services and then come every other week to keep the house clean. Each time they came, they were to "detail" one area of the house on a rotating schedule. I used them for the 1st 2 detailed cleaning and once for the regular cleaning service.

Description of Work: I hired them to come and clean my house, every other week. They require you to sign a one year contract, which I didn't mind since it was a reasonable price.

Description of Work: This company uses a rotational cleaning schedule. 1 visit is a deep clean to kitchen & bathrooms & general clean to rest of house (ROH). The next visit is a deep clean to rest of house and general clean to kitchen & bathrooms. General clean includes cleaning the floors, counters, walls, showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, mirrors, cobwebs, microwave wiped out, vacuuming, mini blinds dusted, picture frames dusted, etc. Deep clean involves scrubbing grout, wiping door frames/doors, grease drip pan cleaned, nic nacs wiped, extra attention to floors, appliances cleaned/shined, furniture/upholstery vacuumed, carpet edges vacuumed.

Description of Work: One time every two weeks I have this service come in my home and clean the basic things. They take care of dusting, moping, vacuuming and cleaning the baseboards.
