It went slow,  More damages were done due to their delayed actions.  Promises were broken.  After dealing with the owner, I feel like I was abused, and bullied! You can read more details under google reviews.

I had expected a little more than just taking the section of tree from the roof, and leaving it next to the house, based on what the foreman had indicated was part of the job.  He had indicated that the tree would be cut into pieces and set by the street.
For what they did, I suppose the cost was fair.  They just left things unfinished. They were also supposed to provide an estimate to make repairs, and after a week or more, I had to call them to see if they were going to provide a bid.
I ended up using other companies for the repairs.

The story isn't finished!   Although the temporary patch is somewhat unusual, it has held.  We will call them back to repair the ceiling drywall when the roof has been replaced and then I will update the review.  Very nice, very prompt (repair was underway within 3 hours of my phone call).

Ken Mullins and his crew did a great job of restoring the utility room to a usable condition after a backed up sewer pipe caused a flood.  The crew was on time, worked hard, explained everything to me as they worked, and did a great job!  Each day when the crew returned to check the drying progress, they were polite and informative. Everything we were able to save was washed and disinfected and then returned to the room.
   Excellent job all around!  I would certainly use this company again!

First, I checked the BBB and found Chenal Restoration.  Ken Mullen was who I worked with.  Though in the end we found that we simply must replace our cedar ceiling ( very long story), Ken came out twice, talked to me numerous times on the phone and did not charge me for what did not work (we tried three different options).  He really tried to help and was extraordinarily cheerful throughout the month long process in which we attempted to eradicate the odor.  I not only would call Ken again in an instant, I have and will refer him to others.  Just having someone genuinely try to help was a help in itself.  BTW,  I had never met Ken nor heard of him nor his company prior to calling.
