Description of Work: My speaker was making noise and they looked at it and it was fixed.Did not even charge me!!!

+ -1 moreWell after doing the installation without the use of the mounting kit I tried to return the kit for a refund and also to ask why I was charged so much for 2 very small item that I could have purchased on the internet for 1/3 the cost. I tried to return the ites and asked why they were so expensive and they told me since I was not letting them do the installation the cost was higher. The price I was charge was higher I mean like 300% make up. The cost was 87.20 for 2 item I could have purchased for less than $20.00 on line. This will be the last time I ever do business with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They provided me with a mounting kit that was not needed and a wiring harness that I did. use.
