Arrived on time, did work!

The service is excellent! I have used the guy who came in the past, and I have used him several times now. He is a man of his word. He is reasonable, and he does very good work. I have used him twice in the last four months. He is on time and reasonable. He does good work!

Only snag was when I called to confirm appt and they didn't respond. Arrived within 30 minutes of appt. Did a quick but through job.

The overall experience was great. The owner of the company responded within a day when we called for an estimate. He visited to do the estimate within three days and provided the actual service within a week. He and one helper arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning a total of 22 windows in less than half a day. The windows they cleaned were 8 to 12 light windows that were not in good shape. We have not been able to clean them ourselves because the raise/lower mechanism on most of the windows was old and difficult to budge on some. They were able to get them up and tilt them out to clean the insides of the paned windows and the insides of the outer storm windows then get them back in place. In all they cleaned four sides of every window. They said the windows were not ideal to work with but their experience with all types of windows gave them an advantage. Our windows were sparkling clean when they finished. The owner and his helper were very professional, cleaned their feet with each trip out and back in...obviously were conscious of respecting our home. We have used them for several years and know others who have as well...some with very high windows. Arkansas House Window Cleaning brings all of the equipment needed safely clean these high windows. This company was referred to me by another satisfied customer last week. Mr. Lowe came to my house promptly and gave me an estimate. He scheduled the work for today (less than a week after the estimate), and showed up on schedule. He and another company employee worked straight through lunch and finished the job in a very professional manner in about 5 hours. They were very courteous and didn't flinch about working around several indoor pets. They were very careful and left the floors and surrounding areas cleaner than they were when they started. The price he quoted was exactly what I paid. I was delighted when he asked if he could put me on the mailing list to receive a reminder to have my windows cleaned again in about a year.
