We dropped our previous company, ADT, because despite multiple calls they did not come out to repair the system when it quit working. Their hardware was left in place. Bob, with Alarm Systems was familiar with the old system and added a new control board. He was able to advise us how to best deal with ADT and gave us a discount to just pay off ADT to be rid of them, which we were otherwise inclined to not do, since we had been paying for services that we did not have after the system quit working. He offered a 4th year of service for free if 3 were paid up front, a deal we accepted. All seems to be good. The system seems to work as it is supposed to, although one cannot be completely sure all works as stated unless you have a break-in or other emergency. We are satisfied and are paying a good deal less for almost the same, but a more complete system than we had before.

Great people. Knowledgeable and willing to help you save money. Alarm system works very well and monitoring is good and easy to work with.

This is the second time I have used this company at different houses and I am very pleased with their knowledge and their service. They took the time to carefully explain how a good security system works and to guide me through the decision-making process. Their installer came two days later, while bowl games were playing, and finished the job himself in about 4 and a half hours. He cleaned up after himself and was quite courteous in our home. They gave us materials, including a DVD, to explain the workings of our security system, and gave my wife a good demo. I have worked with both the owner and his son and I think they are both highly professional. Based on experience with some of their competitors, I think this company is in a league of its own. I am happy to refer this company to friends and neighbors.

The installation was quick and the installer cleaned up his mess. They both took their time with me to answer questions and "what ifs" and made sure that I knew how to work the alarm system. I felt completely at ease with leaving to go on vacation after the installation. I paid for most of the expenses up front because I didn't want the higher monthly fees.

I enjoy having services through this company. They make me feel really safe and secure. I know that if anything were to happen, they would respond immediately. I trust them to keep me safe. I pay them every three months to keep my services. I have no complaints at all.
