drain cleaning
 + -1 moreThis company was stupid and way over priced. They told me that it would only be $50.00, but then once they got here they said it would be another $300.00 because they had to use the camera. They had all of these extra charges and hidden fees. There were two guys doing the work. One of them went up to the bathroom upstairs and flushed the toilet and it went everywhere in my bathroom. I was thinking how stupid could you be. He did not even clean up the mess well and left me to do it. I would never use this company again. The entire experience was bad.
Description of Work: My toilet was stopped up through the main drain to the street. I live about 30 feet from the street. They came out to unclog it for me. They also had to stick a light and camera down the drain because something was stuck in the drain. Then they were able to snake through the obstruction.

drain cleaning
 + -1 moreA 1 Rooter was able to show up and fix our drain about an hour after I called them and it only took about an hour to fix. The plumber was very nice and explained that our problem was using powdered dishwasher soap and it had clogged our pipes. He got it all cleared out and we switched to liquid and have not had any problems since.
Description of Work: A 1 Rooter cleared the clogged drain in our kitchen sink.
