very quick response and work was completed in short order. I had to pay an overtime fee b/c the unit was repaired on a Saturday, but well worth it!

Called Tuesday and said would sometime next morning. Received no call next morning so I called back around noon. Lady said I was on the list but would not help find out when they might be there. So waited around rest of still with no call. Was finally called at 11am on Thursday. I told them I no longer need there services. Most businesses that it have dealt with would at least give you a 4 hour window and they are unable to make it would give a courtesy call.

They're wonderful. They're reliable; they come when they say they're going to come. They give good estimate. They're very nice, very professional and their charges are always reasonable.

I've had two experiences with this company, both involving the same worker. The first was awful. He never quoted me, worked slowly, and charged too much. I will report his business according to his performance. I could not be less satisfied. The second encounter was improved. He arrived at a good time, worked much faster and the price was appropriate. I don't care if it had to do with the first visit or not. In my experiences, you have to make a good impression on him, initially, in order for him not to take you for what you're worth, with which i don't agree. If I had a suggestion to him or anyone who employs him, insist on a quote before he works, he will not do it for you. I will never use them again and would suggest against them. *Update* The job was not completed the first time. I called him to correct his work, which I though he did. Disregard the little positive feedback I provided. I just got home from work, my unit does not work. First visit- $260 Second- $82 Result- 0 I have wasted my time and money on him for the last time. I am in the process of reporting him. In addition I am telling everyone that gives me the chance to steer clear of his 'services,' or lack of them, rather. Please do not be had by this terrible man. I'm so broke because of his outrageous prices and awful results that I am in hot water with many bills. What's more, I'm in the exact situation with which I started. I could not possibly be less satisfied.

Weatherhead torn loose from roof, pulled out of meter base. Local utility would not restore power to any residents with damaged, or pulled out service to customers meter. Spingle Electric, had this repaired before the main power lines were repaired by utility workers! They did several more houses in my area, and did a excellent job under difficult weather and conditions after a major ice storm!
