These people kept my credit cared on file and charged it without authorization.

They spent 20 minutes vaping. Said they couldn't find the line. Then informed me they didn't even have the tools to fix it. Said they would be back in the morning. I canceled and called someone else. They had it repaired in ten minutes. Kniluckles and son then sent me a repair bill including after hours service call. They couldn't even find the lines. The next company said they could see were knuckles and son plumbers, I say plumbers lightly, had left foot prints on the cap they were looking for. They will probably send me to collection s, but I'll see them in court.

After busting pipes in our wall, they informed us they could not repair the damages they caused. We called another local plumber out to fix the issue. Nuckles & Sons, LLC then sent us an invoice! I let them know we had to call another plumber out to fix their damage and did not feel it was right to pay them almost the same amount we paid for the entire repair since they caused the damage. They then sent us to collections. WORST PLUMBERS IN NE ARKANSAS! SCAM ALERT!

They installed the incorrect pump for my septic holding tank - after being told by the AR State plumbing inspector which pump to install (they still installed a cess pump not a grinder pump). The cess pump they installed cost $1300 when the grinder pump was only $500. 2 mos later the cess pump they installed burnt up because it was not the correct pump for my holding tank - warranty would not cover it because it had been incorrectly installed. When confronted their response was that their "plumbing supply did not carry the correct grinder pump"! They refuse to correct or make any remedy for their mistake. I feel they did this because I am not a resident in Jonesboro where they're offices are located. Its a shame they would take advantage of a trusting single mother as myself and that they refuse to stand by their advertised quality and plumbing expertise. I would hate for anyone else to be taken advantage of as I have been. They may be competent to do small indoor plumbing tasks and unclog a sink but I would not advise anyone to hire them for any techniques of septic systems. They not only were dishonest, they did not follow the inspectors recommendation, and did a shoddy job but they price gouged me too on top of it all! I would not recommend anyone hiring them. I am also suspicious as to who is running this company now because it doesn't seem it is the original owner.

They are very good. Always show up on time and are easy to work with.

I shut off water, he was here within 1.5 hrs-every plumber was busy! Two other companies couldn't get to this, but he fit me into schedule and worked quickly. Also let me know reason was due to construction crew cutting corners. Fixed the problem, helped me move some furniture, pull back wet carpeting, etc. Very nice/considerate. Gave good advice for what needed to be done. John was great!

On day 1, the repairman came 2 hours after time window I was given but finished in a timely manner. On day 2, they were on time and did a very good job. Both jobs were cleaned up nicely afterward. The work was a little more expensive than I was expecting.

They removed the trap and ran a power snake (as it turned out they had to go 35 feet ) it took 3 trys to go far enough to clear it but they finally did. Plumming can be a messy job and it was, my kitchen floor was pretty dirty when they left but I cleaned it and paid them and they left.

They arrived when they said thy would and performed the work in an excellent manner.

The plumber was very nice and did an excellent job.

Call them today at lunch to schedule an appointment, they arrived at 4PM, were in and out in less than 30 mins. Very friendly. Did a great job.

I was happy with the job they did. I will definitely call them again.

I found them on Angie's List and will use them again in the future.

We had our septic pumped approximately a year after we purchased our home. The sepic tank was not where the proeprty plans showed it to be. The technician put in sensor in the toilet. It took a long time before we found the tank, but he was very diligent until he found the exact location. He called the utility company to make sure he wasn't cutting any lines before he dug. He furnished us with a new septic cover, so it is now easy to access. Was very friendly and professional.

they were great,gave an estimate ahead of time,worked super fast when the job reached the point that they were needed.Would recommend them. update,we had a shut off valve put in for our automatic stock tank waterer.Some other guys did this work instead of the 2 plumbers,they were not there on this day,a man that is a relative dug the trench and these 2 guys put the valve in.The valve has been installed wrong,and,does not work.Brad has told us that he will come change this out for us.

I called and scheduled for my service. The serviceman showed up on time and was efficient in his work. He was considerate when collecting my service fee. I was very satisfied with the service that was done.

The job went well enough. but i wasn't totaly happy with the men who hooked up the pipes going into and out of the new tank. They did a hurry up job of it. The excavater did a good job. he really new how to operate that back hoe. they did leave ruts in the lawn in my back yard but that couldn't be helped. the ground was wet and i needed the tank put in post haste

We have had drain cleaning done several times. Each time they have been prompt, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and easy to work with. I can't tell one story in particular because they have been several times over the 10 years or so that we have used them but I can say that each time, there have been no problems and the job was well done.
