Description of Work: My son and daughter-in-law picked out a refrigerator for their new house and ordered it and new matching kitchen appliances (range, dishwasher) to go with it. The set arrived and the fridge didn't match the rest of the appliances. Now Metro says they'll have to pay $800 more for a matching fridge! I'll say again: They ordered a matching set initially!! Does that make any sense? !!! And a matching fridge won't arrive for two weeks! They moved into their new home on 7-11 May! Living without the fridge they ordered!! Talk about bait and switch with additional poor service to boot! The fridge they delivered with the other appliances: the doors aren't "even" at the top and bottom! Crummy all the way around! Don't think Metro will get anymore of our families business! The salesman did an extremely poor job of meeting my son's appliance needs!
