After getting estimates from 2 other gutter companies, and then promise after promise that they would be out to do the work, never showing up, I finally found James Becker from Greg at Lansing Building Products, whom I called for a referral out of desperation. James came out that day and gave me an estimate. When I asked him when he could do the work, he said he was working on several other jobs but would start on mine the next day because it was so bad and the roof had leaked the night before. At 8:00 AM the next day, he was here and worked so hard all day, always with a great attitude even in this miserable heat up on that hot roof. He never stopped until I asked him to please come down and cool off. He drank a glass of lemonade and then went right back to work. He found the leak, promptly repaired it, and kept on working. He was definitely a God-send!!
