Great. Inexpensive repair.

Two service men arrived the same day I called. They found the problem with heat pump. Located the needed part in town. Replaced the part the same day. I was pleased with their promptness and efficiency.

Installed riser on drain and inspected and pipes and air filter. Very quick and efficient. I offered him several refreshments and even Deep Woods OFF to protect from mosquito nests near outside unit. Was very gracious and declined, having brought everything he needed. Seemed incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to Angie Clients.

We got several quotes from area businesses and they were all upwards of $7000 and one as high as $9500. We could not believe for a 1500 sq ft home that it could be that much. We finally called A-1 and they quoted $3500. They came out when they said they would just a day or two later after getting the units etc and had the entire system installed and working by the end of the day. They even put in an extra return that we needed included in that price. They cleaned up afterwards and hauled away our old unit. The system has worked great since and we will be recommending them to everyone in the future. They were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

After receiving a quote from another company, we called A-1 Heating and Air in Jonesboro. They responded quickly and were very nice and professional. The technician found the problem and located a replacement part nearby at a local store. He purchased the part and installed the piece, fixing my heating unit within 24 hours. What I liked best about the experience was the honesty of the technican and those I spoke with from the company. I do not believe I was over-charged or mistreated. I will definitely use them again in the future!
