Description of Work: Julann sold us our house in west central Little Rock.She helped us narrow down the search with electronic listings we could peruse from our home. We found a beautiful house on our first day of looking. Julann was very complete in her service. As someone who manages property herself, she is very knowledgeable of building quality and maintenance. She was able to point out all the minor repairs that needed to be made. She found us an excellent low-cost lender, a great inspection service, and then she rode herd on the closing process down to the end. When it looked like we were going to have unanticipated costs at closing, Julann got to work and made sure things were right. She showed up at the closing to make sure everything went well. She brought thoughtful gifts after closing. She has continued to advise me on things like home warranties, maintenance issues, etc. And, she personally trucked in a huge load of compost to help me build my garden beds.
