Nelson Plumbing

They were recommended by my insurance company. The guys were very nice, and they did a couple things extra for me they didn't have to do. They are very professional and do what they are suppose to be doing. The only problem I have is that their availability isn't that good because the company is not in my town.. If they tell me they will be at my home, they arrive when they say they will.

This company was recommend by my warranty company. All I have to do is pay the service call and the warranty pays for the rest. I called my warranty company 5/24/11 and told them of my problem. Thought it was my sewer. They said they would call Nelson Plumbing in Jacksonville and they gave me the number also. The next morning, they had not called me so I called them. Said they would be out..The made it out two days later. Looked under the house and gave my warranty co an estimate. My warranty company agreed. Since it was so close to Memorial Day Weekend, he said it would be the following Wed. that would be 6/1/11. Needless to say they did not show up. Called my warranty co and they called . Nelson's said they would be out the next day. 6/2/11. Did not show, Called Nelsons and had to leave a number. No return call. That afternoon called the warranty co again. Friday, the 3rd, they finally showed up. After looking under the house, said I had a pvc pipe with a hole in it. They went and got the part, fixed it and told me not to use the sink over the weekend. That they would come back and check it again. That was the last time I saw them until they showed up two weeks later.I had to make continuous calls to the warranty company and the warranty company would call them. They even lied to the warranty company. They would not return my calls. When they finally did come back, all the guy did was go under my house bang on something, come out, make a phone call, then go back under the house and bang on something some more. then he comes out and tells me I have another leak and he can't fix it and it's going to cost a lot of money and that my warranty company would not cover it. Needless to say, I paid a reputable plumber to come out and fix everything. I would never use Nelson Plumbing again, and I sure would not recommend them to anyone.
