Description of Work: Septic went out due to bad/old motor from 2001. Filed warranty claim with First American. They had no approved list of vendors specializing in this neighborhoods type of septic system. I recommended Gene's Septic. Motor replaced, but went out again shortly. Another local company also familiar with the style septic system, Jet Aerobic services, came in to augment services by replacing the control unit. Then I had to step in and become the go-between as warranty company juggled between septic vs. electrical coverage as Faulty wire was suspected/discovered. Gene's Septic exchanged new motor w/ no hassle and waived the second service call fee of $85 per home warranty direction. Issue solved. I wish the home warranty company would add Gene's Septic to their list of vendors.

 + -1 moreIt was OK. The price was about $100.00 over the estimate, but the rational was that the tank was bigger than expected. I have no way to doubt that. They came the same day I called though and did a good job.

Description of Work: We had a 1250 gal septic tank put in and 125 feet of field lines and another septic tank pumped out and the total cost was $3000. We were totally satisfied with everything they did. They do great work and are fast and cleaned up everything afterward. If you use them you will not be disappointed!!

 + -1 moreDennis arrived right on schedule to perform a multi-tank pump out on our ATU. Dennis worked very hard and ensured that each tank was pumped clear and that any and all sludge was removed as this is an Automatic Treatment Unit and not a typical septic system.
