Air conditioner repair
Description of Work: I had a very unprofessional experience. I was asked if there was a “man” in the house. I was asked who made the decisions in the house and I was questioned if I was the homeowner. I am a single female homeowner and after stating I was I was still questioned about it. Very unprofessional and sexist in my opinion.

To Ms. [Member Name Removed], I am deeply disheartened to hear that you were not satisfied with me servicing and repairing your AC equipment. I tried to reach out to you via phone call and text but have yet to hear back from you. Let me be very clear, I am in no way, shape or form a "sexist". Never have been, never will be. The ONLY reasons I asked if a man was present, was so that: #1 When we spoke on the phone, before I came out, you stated to me that "Sorry, I've never done this before...". Meaning, you've never had to call a repair man to come fix something at your house. I wanted you to feel safe from thinking that I would take advantage of you financially. A lot of companies tell their techs to acquire more money from unsuspecting women than if a man was present. (Like it or not, that's how it is sometimes.) #2 Generally, but not always, men are more mechanically inclined. So, if a man was present, I would explain the situation to you and him together. When I asked you if you would like me to explain the situation to a man(father, brother, husband, etc...), you said yes and was ready to dial the phone number when I got down from your attic. When I understood that you were the only one I needed to speak to, I thoroughly explained to you what happened, exactly where it happened and how I needed to fix it. (You have a picture of the repair area to prove it.) So, please, don't act like I needed to speak with a man because you weren't intelligent enough to comprehend what I was telling you. I had your best interest in mind. I was so hoping we could resolve this over the phone but you will not reach back out to me. So, here we are... To the public, You can believe this 'sexist' garbage if you like, but please review the (as of writing this rebuttal) 20+ 5 star reviews, over half of which are women. Not 1 female has ever felt judged by me in some 'sexist' way, except this outlier. I treat people of all nations, tongue, culture and gender the same - with courtesy, respect, honesty, and fairness. Andrew’s company installed new 4 ton unit outside and new heat pump inside. Flower’s also replaced all duct work and registers . Very professional from start to finish.I couldn’t be more pleased with the results . Thank you Mr. Flowers!

I could have not been more pleased with not only the work performed, but the professional way in which the work was done. They worked hard to get the new system in and up and running. They cleaned up and left the areas neat and actually a little cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend them for not only new but maintenance as well.
