+ -1 moreService response on a HOT Friday afternoon. Called them at 330 and the service the responded on his way home from a full day in the heat. Very professional and great service. Had the house cooling down before 6pm. We will use them again if needed.
Description of Work: Service Air Conditions system - Compressor was not operating due to the capacitor malfunctioning. Trouble shooting the problem and repairs in under 1 hour.

+ 0 moreThese guys were great! They came out quickly on a 104-degree day to look at our A/C, which had quit cooling. They diagnosed the issue, went and got a part and reparied it in about two hours. They also realized that we needed some basic maintenance we've been putting off and said this was why our A/C problems keeping up with the high temps in the summer. We agreed to the service and it's like an entirely new A/C -- our house has been comfortable throughout those 110-degree days that followed.
Description of Work: A/C wasn't cooling and had a motor issue that they quickly reparied.

They are quite responsive, and I know that is kind of hard when it is hot, but they have always come out either the same day I called or the next day. I have a home warranty on the washing machine and didn't have to pay anything. They seem to know what they are doing.
Description of Work: I use Comfort Air Systems of Jacksonville to service and maintain my heating and air conditioning systems. He recently came out and fixed my washing machine.

+ -1 moreTerry Miller who came out, took the whole dryer apart to see what was up with it. He even took care of a few warranty issues that he didn't have to help with.
Description of Work: My dryer was not working and was under warranty. They came out to check out the dryer. It was working properly and referred me to a plumber.
