They called within hours of me reporting the issue and came out the next day during the time they indicated they would be here. They were professional, friendly and quick. They diagnosed the issue and replaced the disposal in an hour.

+ 0 moreWe just bought the house and it came with the insurance. When we have a problem, we just call that number and they contact somebody and have them sent. We were really satisfied with them. If we had a problem at our home that isn't covered, I would certainly call the back. They responded very quickly. They took care of everything. They were very professional and courteous. We were very happy with them.
Description of Work: We used Sevcare Complete Services, Plumbing & Drain to snake our lines because when I was draining the water from the washing machine, the water went back in and back out.

+ -1 moreI was impressed with their actions and respectfulness. They made me feel totally comfortable even answered some of my questions that didn't even pertain to the problem they were there to fix. We even shot the breeze a little. They were very nice.
Description of Work: They came and installed a water shut-off for the whole house. What impressed me was they were respectful and acted like they appreciated being called. So many that we have called act like they are doing you a favor by showing up. Not these guys. They were professional down to the end and we truly appreciated the quality too. Cleaning up after themselves. We would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.
