This company pushes an inferior product at a grossly inflated price and uses bullying and other unethical business practices to try to wear the buyer down in an effort to force them to sign a contract to get rid of the sales rep. Avoid them at all costs. It is too bad that there are no negative stars to give this unethical organization.

Right now I am frustrated,. I signed a contract for windows in OCTOBER 2021 it’s APRIL 2022 and I am still waiting for one window to be installed that should’ve been installed initially with the others to begin with. They installed the majority of the windows in JANUARY 2022. I have made more than several calls to the company and am usually passed off to someone else with the message that they will call me back. They NEVER DO! The last time I called a woman told me she was the one that was suppose to call me back and she said she didn’t call back because she didn’t have any new information. W**!! I explained to her good customer service is to touch base with a customer that’s called several times and just let them know you don’t have new information and as soon as you do, you will be sure reach back out. Instead of dodging them like a shady business. I agreed to the presentation as a favor for an associate to receive a referral bonus but I did feel pressured to buy. I wanted new windows on my home at some point but I explained to the salesperson this was a purchase that we could not afford right now he continued on the phone pretending to speak to someone other than another sales person to give me a better deal which I came to find out later was all game. He wasn’t getting me a better deal he quoted me a price too high to begin with to make it seem as if they were doing me a favor. Scammed.. I know of 2 people who have more/same windows and they negotiated lower prices , so to to know that it was all game is disappointing because they ask what makes you want to do business with a company and trust/integrity is the number one thing for me and they are not proving trustworthy . The installation guys were nice but messy. I was still cleaning up broken glass and window installation dust weeks after the installation from the inside of my property. We had to ask them to clean their blood and fingerprints off the windows they did install. I didn’t complain about if then b/c I thought this was normal until I asked other people that have have windows installed by other companies. It’s not normal. ***^Most importantly I have not seen any changes on my utility bill as they promised I would !! That was the whole pint of agreeing to get the windows b/c they are suppose to lower the utility bill and pay for themselves!! I do not recommend purchasing anything for this company. I don’t care about a $100 referral program when you just do not conduct good business. I’m sorry I referred my friends and family to do business with them.. I’ve actually received communication asking if I have any more referrals but not about completing the the job on my home….Stay away from this company until they can do better.

They were professional from the very first phone call all the way to the end of the job. They did everything they said they would do, including calling me once a week during the manufacturing process of my custom windows. The manufacturing process took around 30 days, which is what they first told me. They got the whole job done in three days, including taking down and putting up blinds, and removing and reinstalling window a/c units. When they left, I couldn't even tell that they'd been there. They told me from the beginning that the quote they gave me was my price, no matter if they found some rotten wood during the installation. They said I'd not be charged anything beyond the quote they gave me, and they stayed true to their word. I was skeptical at first, but it's been a pleasure, I couldn't be happier. They windows come with a lifetime warranty, as long as I own the home.
