Weed problems had carried over from previous year that they also service. Weeds continued worsen. Stopped service tech before he started treatment showed him my issues. I would no longer need his poor service. He begged to let him retreat again and guarantied he could solve my issue, said he would return in 10 days to verify. I allowed him under our agreement. two weeks later the lawn was worse. I called him and no reply, mailed a letter to the main office and explained the issues I had and to terminate the service. They never offered to come and look at my lawn. I did get a call from the home office requesting I continue the service but no offer to look at my lawn. Repeated several times that the guarantied their service. Then I received an invoice after I was told on the phone I had no balance.
