Description of Work: Owner/Operator came to view work needed. said he could do it, but kept postponing. At last call to him, after several weeks, I requested that he please just say if he couldn't do it, didn't want to do it, didn't have time to do it and we would finally look for someone else. Call was never even answered, and we lost several weeks honoring his plan to do the job.

He was on time and very professional. He did an excellent job on time with no unexpected costs. As a matter of fact when all was said and done it cost me a little less than expected. According to the experience I had with him I would highly recommend him and will use him again if the need arises.b

Description of Work: Could not get a quote despite multiple calls and messages left. Tommy was personable and on time when he came out for the measuring and looking at the area, but his support staff are unreliable. This dragged on for over a month.
