Unfortunately, my wife and I had a very bad experience with this vendor on more than one occasion. Most recently, it took him two weeks to show up to give us an estimate, which hey, if you are that busy, I get it. But, by the time he got around to our sinking boat lift (which we purchased from him less than a year-ago), he was insulting to us and ended up quoting $500 for what we later found out, was a very simple repair job on a pipe joint requiring a bit of pipe glue, that one of his competitors barely charged us for. Again, this is the latest example of several bad experiences that has finally resulted in me gathering up the energy to actually write one of these reviews. I would encourage someone to call around to a few of the local marinas in hot springs and ask for who they recommend for services, before just calling this vendor cold.

Super Duty has made repairs on my dock for me on two occasions in the past. They work with you, and only perform repairs that are required to make dock safe and functional. My dock was built by Super Duty, and is one of only a few that has withstood major damage from major rain and water flow events.

1. Absolutely no problems. 2. The crew was prompt, professional, competent and polite. 3. Boat and HydroHoist boat lift were both moved without damage to either.

It was excellent as always. Butch is very responsive and does an excellent job. I have used Super Duty for all my dock repairs and have done so for over ten years. Pricing is reasonable and Butch will give you an up front estimate of the cost to complete the job you request of him. I would not have any other company do any work on my dock except Butch and his company.

This is the most courteous, cooperative, caring, company I have ever dealt with. The company was concerned that all aspects be done correctly and by law. They were truly concerned for me, not just for money as so many places are. I highly recommend this company and would use them again and again.

I am very pleased with the job Super Duty did. They listened to what we wanted and did a great job to make it happen. They handled all the permit requirements which saved us a lot of headaches. The materials and workmanship were of the highest quality, The crew did an outstanding job and were very professional. I would recommend Super Duty to anyone looking for quailty and a job well done!

They did what they said they were going to do. They showed interest in what we needed done and as soon as the weather got right, they came over and took care of it. They do good work and they use good materials, and they don't leave you hanging with something undone.

Super Duty Docks and Lifts Inc's pricing is a little more higher but he's all about quality. I'm able to get him back to do whatever I need him to do.
