Forgotten cost, great, unlocked door

I've used them on a couple of other occasions and have referred people to them for help. They are very responsive and get there quickly.

I made the appointment a week before and got the pricing. I asked for an 8:00am appointment. He said he didn't think they would start that early, so I scheduled the appointment at 9:00am. I called back a few days later and asked if I could change to 8:00am, the representative didn't know how to change appointment times. On March 19th around noon a message was left that the worker would be there in half an hour to install the locks. My neighbor told me the person was there at 12:45pm on the 19th. I called the company again and told them they had the wrong day and time. They apologized and said they would fix it and be there the next morning. At 9:30am nobody was there. I called the company again and spoke to the same person I spoke with the day before. He said he would call the service person and the service person never got back to me. I called again at 1:00pm and spoke with the director of marketing in Louisiana, and he said he would investigate. Nobody ever got back to me. I have since tried to call several different people including the CEO and the owner of the franchise. Nobody has ever followed up.
