Geek Squad - Best Buy

This service did not go well. The "problem" list is extensive. The most egregious problem was that the installer damaged a speaker and failed to acknowledge it, even after I returned twice complaining that it didn't sound right. Additionally, he failed to install a component of the speakers, claiming that he thought the factory installed components was the "new" system. Interestingly, he did not return the equipment he thought was already installed. It was in a drawer in his shop. After realizing that I could not trust the installer, I pulled his installation and found MANY indications of sloppy work. So much so that I redid the install myself. The installer did not test the system to ensure all parts were working, again, even after repeated trips back complaining about such. Lastly, after complaining about the service directly to the store manager, I've heard nothing back from them. I will file a BBB complaint and a complaint with my state's Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's Office. My advice would be to avoid using the Geek Squad services from the Hot Springs, Arkansas Best Buy. Actually, my advice would be to avoid the store all together.

The computer techs at Best Buy Hot Springs, AR lack about everything I enjoy in doing business with a company. They were rude and not respectful at all. They lacked professionalism and don't listen to what you say. Will only do busy with this company because I have paid for the service in advance. Computer still giving me problems after second time in shop. This is driving me crazier than I already am.
