Description of Work: The handle on my tub came off, the whole thing came out. The water was shooting out, so I called them to come fix it. They were able to take care of it, and it didn't take very long but they charged about 135.

Description of Work: Excellent service and very professional. After calling multiple plumbers and dealing with people who refused to go under the house, wouldn't call back, flat out failed to show up for scheduled service, or charged exorbitant fees to look at my pipes and argue with me about whether I even had a leak (we did), Bowen Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. Mr. Bowen was scheduled to come at 1 pm, and when he knew he was going to be delayed a few minutes, he called to let me know (unheard of!). He came, quickly assessed the situation, and performed the work for a very reasonable price. I was so impressed that we used him again a few weeks later when we were ready to put in a dishwasher.

Description of Work: I had them to come out to look at a toilet that rocked. He put spacers underneath it to level it and within a week the spacers had come out. When I called them back to let them know he said he could come back out but there would be a charge. I found this unreasonable and told him that his repair failed within a week so I felt there should be no charge, he refused so I decided to not use them and I would not recommend them.

Description of Work: They put in an electric hot water heater 6mos ago. The most recent contact, he came and fullfilled part of a service contract I have with him. They checked all the plumbing - the faucets, commodes, pipes, etc. to make sure nothing was going wrong.

+ 0 moreWe've used him in the past. He did a good job. He sends us mail on how to save energy, info about his business, how to care for the plumbing in your home, etc. He sends out a pamphlet about once a quarter. I've already recommended him to our neighbors, too.
Description of Work: He worked on our tankless water heater, which had quit working. He got on the phone with the manufacturer to get an idea on how to fix it. He came back the next day after the manufacturer had overnighted part to him and he put it in. The part was covered under warranty. It was easy to schedule with him, too.

Description of Work: They did the outside sprinkler system and they come back and check it each year - it's a city code to make sure the water doesn't drain into the lake. They've been servicing that system for about 16 years. We typically call them each year to schedule the check.

+ -1 moreI have used them twice. He was prompt and very personable. I hat to say this but it is the truth. They had to work with probably 200 feet of pipe. I have pipes running all over the place. There are several people on my water line. When they left I did not have any water at all. I called the and they came right back. They were able to fix the problem right away. With in 15 minutes I had my water. It was really good.
